RATES
We accept Legal Aid certificates, including 2-hour certificates, where applicable. If you have a Legal Aid certificate, please let us know when you complete the intake form. Depending on the nature of your matter, we offer either hourly billing or a flat fee. Our lawyers and law clerks maintain detailed time records for all work completed on your file. In appropriate cases, and subject to prior agreement, we may also offer monthly installment payments toward the retainer based on your financial circumstances.
