ABHIMANYU RATHOD

Abhimanyu joined SJKLPC in 2021 as an Associate. He enjoys family law as it provides an opportunity to tailor personalized strategies to suit each client’s needs and offer specialized advice and expertise to effectively resolve disputes, both inside and outside the courtroom. His passion is driven by the purpose to relentlessly advocate his client’s rights while grappling with complex legal issues.

Abhimanyu obtained his B.A, LL.B (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2012, following which he was called to the Bar in India. He began practicing law in civil, commercial and public law litigation for several years alongside obtaining his LL.M from Nirma University in 2016.

In Ontario, Abhimanyu worked at a family law firm as an intern in 2019. He got called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Now, he works with clients in all aspects of family law including child protection, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, separation and divorce.

In his spare time, Abhimanyu enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
